China's Share of World Exports Reaches 14.2% in 2023 vs. EU at 11.6% and U.S. at 8.5%

China's share of global goods exports climbed to 14.2% in 2023, significantly surpassing the European Union at 11.6% and the United States at 8.5%. Between 2000 and 2015, China's share surged from 3.9% to 13.7%, while the EU's share remained relatively stable at around 13%, and the U.S. share declined from 12.1% to 9.1%.
