From 2000 to 2023, China's total goods trade (exports + imports) surged from $0.47 trillion to $5.94 trillion, achieving an impressive annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.6%. Over the same period, the European Union's goods trade increased from $1.77 trillion to $5.49 trillion (5.0% CAGR), while U.S. trade grew from $2.04 trillion to $5.19 trillion (4.1% CAGR).
