Russia's Trade Transition from West to East

In 2019, Russia's trade with the European Union and the United States was 130% higher than its trade with China and India. However, by 2023, this figure had decreased to less than 68%, primarily due to the shift in Russia's crude oil and natural gas exports from west to east.
